Good for him. Time and time again executives make illegal decisions and all that happens is the company pays a fine. Time to start sending people to San Quentin.
Boeing intentionally withheld safety equipment from their new 737 to save money and didn’t inform anyone of the changes in how to fly the aircraft in order to save money.

This is a great ruling. I've discussed this elsewhere in length and I have said that officials at Boeing need to go to prison for what they did.

I'm not going to hold my breath until they do but at least there is now a chance of it.
