Right. So they will enter evidence, probably of Rosenbaum engaging in arson. And they will describe Kyle coming upon arsonists. What they won't be doing is making direct accusations about individuals, unevidenced.

As usual people are getting their emotions mixed with the legal realities of a trial. It doesn’t matter if you think the protestors were victims and Rittenhouse a murderer. Whether you believe he’s guilty or not, he’s on trial for murder and deserves a fair trial.

It is cut and dry. If the deceased are called “victims” during the trial, then that implies that it wasn’t self-defense and KR is guilty. By definition, people killed in self-defense are not victims.

The prosecution is outright claiming Kyle went there for street violence. But they cannot call him "rioter". There are different standards for the prosecution.

Rosenbaum is on tape threatening and taunting the young men who protected the business all ******* day long----he then attacked Kyle who had wondered off away from the pack.... Stop pretending the asshole was anything but a violent criminal who attacked Kyle.

At one point, the judge rebuked Binger for nonchalantly referring to acts of arson. “All we’re talking about is arson, we’re talking about being loud and disorderly,” Binger said of Rosenbaum’s conduct on the night of the rioting.

“I can’t believe some of the things you’re saying,” the judge interjected. “All we’re talking about is arson? Come on.”
