How is that relevant? Are you saying states can't foster large, intrusive government? Would you not consider places like California and Illinois to fall into that category? What about cities like Washington D.C. and New York City? Would you not consider them big government factories?

It is not a ‘child,’ nor is it a ‘baby’ or a ‘person,’ as one’s rights manifest only after he is born:
