Quick story... there was a single man in his 60's that lived down the road from me... he was always at the ballot center as a volunteer at every election so I got to know him a bit... judging by the political signs he put in his yard he was an extreme liberal and just hated Trump....
Every election he would fight with the HOA to keep his stupid signs up... well until last Monday no one had seen him since the election... His daughter couldn't reach him so she sent the sheriff to do a wellness check and they found him dead...
I talked with the deputy who told me he just dropped straight down and when they see that they know it was due to a stroke or an aneurysm.... his TV was tuned into MSNBC and was almost at full volume...
I think the election killed the guy... the deputy said he was probably dead for weeks...

Lol.... First of all there is always an appeal process so the article is false. It's understandable in their desperation to keep the tag name that they would try any sort of underhanded maneuver they can find. The author of the article is passing wishful unicorn farts to thirsty consumers. That simple.
There no such thing as a lower level conviction that is not subject to appeal...regardless of the sentencing.
