Wrong Perry Mason. Because the sentence is discharged, there is nothing for him to appeal, and because he has permitted the defendent to appear remotely, has no interfered in the discharge of his duties, which is a moot point, because he's not in office yet.

The conviction was determined by 12 jurors, after hearing the evidence. The conviction isn't unjust because it hurts your feelings.
