Florida's idiot governor was able to find a judge to back him on outlawing mask mandates in school districts. But vaccine mandates? Nope, I don't believe a single one has been overturned. You're right, we have around 75 years of precedent on those.

COVID-19 medical esoterica includes knowledge of the ages and genders of who was vaccinated with either of four types of injections against SARS-CoV-2: mRNA, chimp adenovirus-based, human adenovirus-based, and whole, inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccine (Covaxin). The latter injection is unavailable to the American citizen-prisoner. India’s Covaxin in Indian children will make an interesting statistical comparison to the other three types used in American children.

A judge that upholds a vaccine mandate is proof that we have no rights in the US. We don't even have the right to not let the government inject whatever they want into us. Our Constitution is meaningless.

Purely anecdotal, of course, but quite a bit got booted from local hospitals in my area for vaccine refusal. It's been a silver lining in some ways. New talent is being imported from all over now.
