Judge rules deportation was “an illegal act”

Reuveni had asked the judge for more time — 24 hours — for the government to possibly broker Abrego Garcia’s return. The government’s attorney requested “one more chance to do this without court superintendence.”
And then what?

The government has to prove it isn’t true. Did you miss Civics class?
.

That is the funniest and most pathetic attempt at sidestepping and bullshitting your way out of a lie that I have EVER heard!

.

wut? You people keep posting that fake pic. :laughing0301:
.

They have several different photos that depict the same thing -- a father and daughter expressing normal affection. I just saw the same thing in church -- a little girl sitting on daddy's lap as he worshipped, and I've never seen a more contented look in a person's eyes than the look in that little girl's.

And if a mentally ill left cultist had ever hinted to this guy that there was anything wrong with the picture, they'd now be a small, greasy spot on the pavement -- daddy is well over six feet tall and built, and could easily have squished a pathetic leftist soi-thing like a bug.

These photos of President Trump with his daughter are the thing that has convinced me that the left cult are no longer human, and that the sooner we get them all back in the asylums, the better.

GREENBELT, Md. (AP) — A federal judge on Friday ordered the Trump administration to arrange for the return of a Maryland man to the United States after he was mistakenly deported to a notorious El Salvador prison, while a U.S. government attorney was at a loss to explain what happened.

The US must return a Maryland man mistakenly deported to an El Salvador prison, judge says

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement expelled Kilmar Abrego Garcia last month despite an immigration judge’s 2019 ruling that shielded him from deportation to his native El Salvador, where he faced likely persecution by local gangs.

Before she issued her ruling, U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis described Abrego Garcia’s deportation as “an illegal act” and pressed Justice Department attorney Erez Reuveni for answers, many of which he didn’t have.

Now we're getting somewhere.
The President has the authority. The judge can go to hell.

He is ordering the return of a man who illegally detained. El Salvador must return him. The State Department fucked up.
You should send a strongly worded email to the El Salvador prison demanding the release of your hero MS13 gang banger.

Type your email in all caps so they know you mean business. Be sure to cc us on your email.

BTW, your hero had an existing removal order from the U. S. . Ooooops.

Kudos to AG Bondi. THis moron couldn't answer any of the judge's questions. WTF was he doing in there in the first place? Look like his bass is also being canned. Kudos.

One more time for the hard of thinking: Deportation was not ordered.
Damn Creepy, you're the best a knocking down your own strawmen. Some might even mistake you for someone with some intelligence. Kudos

Sounds like he deliberately tried to tank the government's case.

Bondi will be dealing with these types for a while, holdovers from the Garland days, who still see their main role as looking for ways to "get Trump."

I couldn't believe it when I was reading this dolt's answers to the judge. I literally had to go back up and see if it wasn't the gangbanger's lawyer answers to the questions.

Incompetence doesn't begin to explain it.
