Judge rules dem candidate who won Minnesota House seat ineligible due to residency requirements

Hey laffy. You’re being more retarded than usual.

How can two houses (in two states) both be “primary” residences? You imbecile.
I've noticed that the brain dead democrats that are still hanging around this forum have resorted to spouting pure nonsense because they have absolutely nothing logical or truthful to say.

Did the resident file domicile in both states? You have no idea, do you?

Dem won. Republican filed to have it over turned because Dem didn't live in the district for the required 6 months. Judge agreed. Republicans now have a 1 seat majority until a special election is held.

He got an apartment to meet the residency requirement but was too lazy to actually bother to move into it.

This is a state legislative seat. Nothing burger. Not a federal issue. Please get the mods to delete your thread.

Adam Schiff is guilty of the same violation in CA. He is a resident of MD.
No he is not. Congressmen can live anywhere especially in and around Washington. They are even given a two-home tax credit, or were at one time, because housing is not supplied when they are required to be away from home.

Not-So-Local Democrat Shocked, Angered To Learn Rules Apply To Him, Too

Doesn't matter where his family is. Every Congressional rep usually has a residence in and around DC because they stay there most of the time. I happen to know Kentucky's Senators own homes in Bowling Green and Louisville while spending most of their time in DC. As long as Schiff has an address where he sometimes stays in California, he is good constitutionally. I have lived in Georgia, South Carolina and Virgina while maintaining my residence in Florida because of the military. Congress can do the same.

You do you think George Washington was a resident of New York when he was elected President because that is where the capitol was?
