WASHINGTON — A federal judge on Thursday ordered the Trump administration to reinstate tens of thousands of fired federal employees across six agencies, saying their terminations were “unlawful.”

U.S. District Judge William Alsup ordered the Trump administration to immediately reinstate all probationary employees it fired from the departments of Defense, Treasury, Agriculture, Energy, Interior and Veterans Affairs.

Alsup called the mass firings a “sham” effort by the Office of Personnel Management ― the human resources agency of the federal government ― to skirt laws in order to drastically reduce the size of the federal workforce.

Another hack judge decides they have more power over the executive branch than the executive.

Roberts is going to get sick of having to clean up so many messes.

I bet the appeal is being drafted as we speak.

How does the judge suggest they pay them?

Yes, 5 agencies.

MAGA lawyers and the MAGA DOJ don't have a very good track record in court. Try harder BigAss.

None of these have even reached a trial on the merits, all are TRO's issued by district court judges hand selected by the left to be patsies for the process.

Even when you FINALLY have someone in the executive branch that genuinely wants to cut government, you still either can't do it, or you get fought every step of the way.
This was the danger when FDR created so many of these bureaucracies, once they get a toehold, they are almost impossible to get rid of them.

If the judge is overturned by a higher court the judge should be removed from office for incompetence
