Of course this judge, called by Alan Dershowitz the worst possible choice, gave the Trump team little time to reply.

But, there is nothing in the Rules that would authorize silencing Trump. (See follow-up post below).

And it would be hilarious if it wasn't so sad that Jack Smith is worried about the jury pool! The same Jack Smith who has presided over dozens of leaks that have clear potential of tainting the jury pool.

A federal judge on Saturday gave former President Donald Trump a short window to explain why he shouldn’t be barred from talking about evidence on the Jan. 6, 2021, criminal case.

Now THAT is humorous! The master of the leak...Jack Smith...is concerned about leaks? Really? The guy that got a trial set in Washington DC...where 75% of the people are registered Democrats...is worried about the jury pool getting "contaminated"? The Garland DOJ is worried about having a "chilling effect on witnesses"? These are the same people who sent IRS agents to the home of a witness testifying before Congress the day he was testifying! The same people who retaliated against whistleblowers for testifying what the Garland DOJ had been up to. The same people who removed the entire group investigating Hunter Biden because they wouldn't stop asking questions!

This so called case get's more ridiculous with each passing day. Not only is Trump supposed to accept the biased jury pool...and the biased judge...but he's also expected not to respond publically when Jack Smith does his thing and starts trying the case in press.

Someone needs to flush this entire DOJ down the toilet! The stench coming from Merrick Garland's corrupt organization has become overwhelming!
