Judge orders Trump to be sentenced in hush money case.

Trump's felony convictions remain on the books after the court discharges the case next Friday.

Any state or federal restrictions on felons will remain in force.

That makes no sense on any level. In what universe does a conviction on state laws get "reversed", because they weren't federal laws?

Give me some of what you're smoking.
That's the point. There was no state law for this as a felony. Clueless...

Is your nephew as ignorant as you are? Trump was convicted of felonies. :laughing0301:

What was Trump convicted of?

Trump was charged with 34 counts of falsification of business records in the first degree, which is a felony in New York. He pleaded not guilty when he was arraigned last year.

That's the point. The state doesn't have felonies for this. Why don't you pay attention...

It's called "wishful thinking" to think the Trump can escape being a felon for the rest of his life.

The Supreme Court can take care of that problem. I believe in fact the Supreme Court is the only court able to deal with this.

I don't expect it to get that far. If the NY state appeals court doesn't broom it, the US circuit Court will.

Sounds something like "if you like your doctor you can keep your doctor". That was a lie, typical dishonest Democrats never change their stripes.
But, if the judge does not throw out the verdict, those that want their felon will indeed get to keep their felon. This would be mostly Republicans and some independents.

I am covered by Medicare plus Idaho care and have the benefit of half a dozen doctors. But those on Obamacare if they qualify don't have such benefits.

It is of no consequence. A nothing Burger. You will lose on appeal just like you're going to lose on everything for the next 4 years

I'm kind of the same but they make me have a primary care physician. It's mostly pretty good.
