Damn near all the people who come here from outside the country are brown. Ask Ted Kennedy. So, people that are arrested have a higher chance of being brown. Our nation needs to survive. Without assimilation we are done. It takes time for that to happen. And there are people who are not assimilating. We are moving closer and closer to potential bloody wars in the western hemisphere.
SCOTUS granted a stay on that. They ruled it was not illegal for ICE to base detentions on such factors as race, language, looks, jobs, etc. Agents can use physical appearance, perceived ethnicity, language spoken, neighborhood, job type as part of reasonable suspicion to stop and question individuals. No difference really than regular law where cops can stop and detain on suspicion of law breaking.
