When this case goes to its legal end - which may never happen - Merchan will be exposed as a partisan scoundrel. He not only should be censured, he should be disciplined and have his Bar Association membership revoked. Indeed, he should be criminally charged with election interference.

But none of this will happen because he will "take the high road" and let President Trump off the hook.

Even if they use other words. you must remember there are other people who have gripes who do not vote Prog. What's unfair about a convict having to await judgment due to a situation they caused? Fani Willis' case is also going to be on hold until he leaves office. She won't be able to continue doing her job in that case until then because that's the due process when trying a elected President. The process dictates they wait until hes out of office.
