Prosecutors wrote a letter to Judge Juan Merchan on Tuesday, who agreed last week to grant a stay on all deadlines associated with the conviction proceedings against Trump in the final months before he takes office.

Merchan granted the request, which issues a stay on all deadlines, including the Nov. 26 sentencing date, to consider the effect of his election as president.

They are such sleazebags and a disgrace to the entire legal system in this country. God willing we will elect J D Vance President in 2028 and if all the cases haven't been dropped and they keep this lawfare up, he will pardon Trump for anything and everything assuming Trump wants that. He says nothing about males which is the biological term, he uses the term men which is the socially gendered one. Especially trans men he says. Trans men are sometimes also intersexed but are typically biological females.

Here he simply says Somebody with a uterus. No mention of typical biological males here.

And a fact. Not everyone with a uterus can get pregnant.

Brain disorder in this case just means a difference with how we typically see brains ordered. It doesn't mean their brains are broken. It means their brains are working differently than yours. It doesn't make them unnatural, evil or undeserving of social acceptance.

An intersexed man with uterus capable of sustaining life most likely. They wouldn't be able to get pregnant naturally but a working uterus is a working uterus so there could be a possibility with IVF.
