I appreciate these folks have a disorder and they have decided to treat it by taking these drugs…but that doesn’t make it fair to the other competitors playing womens sports. They have higher levels because they are men that believe they are women.

So it isn't about testosterone then, it's about what you feel is fair. Fair enough but why not make that argument isn't of pretending to make one rooted in science?

No chance. Team Trump will get this resolved by appealing Marchan’s choice to have it all hanging over the President’s head.

Unless he dismisses the case (by granting a trial order of dismissal), Trump will prevail on appeal of that decision.

If Marchan has found his way to sanity, he will refrain from continuing his judicial misbehavior and Instead swiftly terminate this case.

1) I never suggested that people that think their the opposite sex, might also be homosexual. Not sure why you think that means it's natural.

2) haha, no, it's because it's not fair. Testosterone makes men naturally stronger, and faster, not to mention gives them the ability to recover much faster. That's what is unfair.

If testosterone is the thing that gives people an advantage then it doesn't matter whether it's naturally induced because of intersexed genetics or by artificial injections. Is your concern testosterone levels or something else?

The science is clear, the science coming from the trained physician and not you, internet Doogie Howser. It does matter if the person getting pregnant is typical female, a female who couldn't get pregnant naturally and needed IVF, a intersexed female or a trans man because each of these people have various health concerns related to their pregnancies so while it might not matter to an ignorant fucker like you who isn't actually responsible for the health of any of these people it does actually matter to the people responsible for providing them care.

And this right here shows how much of Bingo you are to focus on who you're calling a male instead of the biology of people with XXY chromosomes. Because by their genetics their XXY chromosomes means they typically have undeveloped testes which produce less testosterone and develop less muscle mass than average males. You may want to classify them as male but they are at just as much disadvantage and risk of injury competing with average males as an average woman would be.
