There have been no motions on evidence yet, and no rulings issued regarding.

There is another thread about the phone call. The call was recorded by a woman named Jordan Fuchs, she is a deputy to Raffy. Fani had to give Fuchs immunity to testify before the grand jury- meaning the call may have been a privileged communication, in which case there would be grounds for excluding it as "fruit from the poisonous tree".

That will be up to McAfee to decide when the time comes.
