There are rules for scroungers. Among them. You only steal government property. Never private. You never steal for personal gain. You don’t sell the stuff. You don’t keep it for personal use. You get it for the unit.

Normally a unit is not getting ready for a major inspection so it simply waits for the new engine or jeep or tank. But for an inspection for them to be rated as combat ready, the units do what they have to do get their own equipment working well.

The only requirement under the law is that a Senator and Representative must jointly file a written objection to the President of the Senate. If that condition is met, then the joint session is immediately suspended, the Senate and the House adjourn to their respective chambers for 2 hours of debate. If both chambers accept the objection, the EC votes are not counted. If either chamber rejects the objection, then the EC vote is counted.

If someone told you that there had to be alternate electors to file and objection during the Joint Session of Congress when counting the EC votes - well - they lied to you.
