Joseph Kent (director of the National Counterterrorism Center) resigns

There you go again.

"Let's try and be honest"

That's you in a nutshell. Sorry you proved yourself wrong again.
You’re not even forming an argument anymore. Just whining.

Iran clearly wasn’t racing to get a nuclear weapon since they sat on their 60% uranium for years without enriching further.

They used the enriched uranium as a deterrent. The more highly enriched, the quicker the breakout time.

Prior to Trump’s war, they were actively negotiating. Too bad Trump never really intended for the negotiations to do anything.

Weren't on the planet then, huh?

yeah. And every time we meddle in the affairs of countries in the middle east, they retaliate.

What you Trumpcucks don't get is that the middle east isn't our country. It's not even our neck of the woods. And it's not our place to go jacking with them.

They were doing everything in their power. Feigning honest negotiations for multiple administrations all the while secretly continuing their programs.
They posess ballistic missiles capable of nuclear delivery now.
Too bad Trump never really intended for the negotiations to do anything.
No chance He saw through the charade?

Never heard of taqiyya or kitman?

Funny how you spent pages trying to convince me Trump wasn’t right.

Because nothing you say means anything. You’ll contradict yourself and pretend otherwise.
We all heard the "getting close to nukes" spiels over the years. However, Iran has in reality been hostile since 1979. This is longer than the Cold War. Their government needs to tone it down. They are a smart people living under a harsh leadership. The idea situation is not a Religious Caliphate but an Economic Caliphate in that region with an acceptance to Israel. Even grudgingly.

People like MTG and Massie are more MAGA than Trump. The Trump loyalist are trying to hold on to the brand. But it's either going to die a miserable death, or get a new face.

I'd like to see it get a new face. Because when the loyalist see all those MAGA hats and signs, it'll piss them off.

Cool story…I’m sure the meme gets fence-sitting fools all giddy…I see your niche but you make the same fundamental mistake that all foolish fools make…Massie nor MTG could win the ignorant filth of MI, MN, WI and OH….unfortunately politicans have to play politics to win…. Your meme lovers TNHarley and CrusaderFrank know this but they really really really like playing centerfield so they pretend they don’t.

It would be nice, but I doubt it. MAGA requires unwavering loyalty to Trump at all times.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they turn on Kent any moment now. The moment he disagreed with Trump he became an America-hating communist RINO libtard Nazi, or something.
Yeah. The flock never liked him. He was always a commie. Trump said he was "weak on security", which is just his normal childish defense. If your Director of National Counterterrorism was "weak on security", why did you keep him IN there, you goddamn idiot? Because he wore your red hat.

Congressional Republicans won't step up unless and until they perceive him as a negative for re-election. Then they'd gleefully piss on him.

LOLOLOLOL!!

Every single time Trump tried to get rid of one of YOUR spies, some activist judge issued a stay on it.

Bebe certainly didn't want a negotiated settlement on uranium enrichment. He wanted regime change and to compromise Iran's military capacity. He got the latter, not the former. Even better, FOR HIM, he got the US to join in.

Iran agreed to ‘zero stockpiling’ of nuclear material in US talks: Omani foreign minister

Iran was nowhere close to a nuclear bomb, experts say

He was weak on security because he's too frank and honest when talking to journalists.

Sometimes you have to hide the truth to maintain national security.

I was read in at Ft Gordon GA and they wanted me to come in and sign a non-disclosure agreement on some intel they had me read.

Why, I couldn't imagine, but they could have been testing me to see if I was a leaker.

They often test everyone by showing them intelligence and see if you're a leaker. I wouldn't be surprised if they were monitoring my phone calls. These days you can give yourself away in text msgs or emails.

Seems Kent couldn't keep his mouth shut.

I don't care what your background is. If you leak to the press you're about as worthless as they come.

It's one thing to be talking about a mission on a secure chat network. It's another if you're running to the press every time you find out something Top Secret in an intel briefing.

Doesn't matter how close they were.

They were still trying to build nukes.

Add all of the terrorist acts they were responsible for, including Oct 7th, so I figure Iran pretty much made their own bed.

The intel reports said Iran was planning an attack on Europe pretty soon, as reported by Newsmax this morning.
