Well, the democrats changed historical rules about voting when they got rid of them need for a 2/3 majority to force a vote...now...John McCain and his minions want to handicap republicans...again...by putting back the 2/3 needed to force the vote.

this means republicans would need 60 votes to block a filibuster when they win...and the democrats,will only require a simple majority....if republicans do this they will just continue to prove they are the stupid party....
