When did the FCC threaten ABC? One commissioner mentioned it on a podcast nobody heard. The FCC is more than one person you realize, right?

Well the FCC is run by Brendan Carr who was appointed by Trump. Carr made threats that ABC would have the license revoked if they didn't pull Kimmel.

So ABC have pulled Kimmel. Cost them money? Not really, cost them their license... well, that's another matter.

The FCC did not cancel Kimmel. Carr did comment that Kimmel was misleading the public with his comments however. the real truth is that Kimmel was canceled because his show had been bleeding viewership and the 5 networks pressured Iger because they refused to carry the show after Kimmel's unhinged comments. You can squeal all day about the FCC but the truth is, it did not mandate Kimmel's cancellation. You are believing and spreading lies.
