He's a moderate democrat. He's a writer. He's principled. I think he'll do a great job. His temperament is the energy America needs right now. And his vision is where we need to go. I think it's a win-win.

I doubt your left wing would let him have a pass to even get in the game.

Idk he's the only democrat against the Iran Deal, and Iran just tested a precision-guided ballistic missile:

Webb's credentials are above reproach. Maybe he isn't as articulate as today's democrat leaders or maybe he is just too damn normal for the freak show that the democrat party has become. He is a genuine Military hero and a former Marine who wrote the definitive novel of Vietnam warfare and was secretary of the Navy under Reagan. What's not to like? Do democrats really prefer a socialist or an angry shrew or a brain damaged VP?
