Excellent question. There do appear to be double standards: We have had a slew of HORRIBLE antisemitic comments allowed to stand whereas if anyone made those comments against blacks, they would be removed and the poster reprimanded or even banned.

Who among us is really aware of actions taken, besides the actioned, the Mod, and maybe the reporter? We're down 4 or more Mods in the last 2 years due to death, resignation and board actions. I mostly post and react to reports, spending little time looking for problems in threads that have been going for a few days. If you want action on a post, outside of USMB regs, you will have to get involved and report.
