He spent last weekend playing golf and promoting his Florida properties to the Japanese Prime Minister, at the taxpayers' expense, and this weekend he's holding a rally in Florida because he needs to hear people cheer for him.

None of which is getting a team in place in the White House, and reports are that no one wants a job in the Administration because of the level of chaos and disorganization.
