The real problem is that just like so many others, Jeb says we need to phase it out and come up with something better. Well what does he propose that will be better? Just saying we need something better doesn't make it so. Yes, I need to get rid of my job and find a new one making twice as much money. Okay, that's great; now what do I do to make that possible? This is the whole problem with every argument Republicans have. It is the same with the ACA. They say we need to repeal Obamacare and come up with something better that makes more sense.
