Robinson — who could only offer hearsay evidence — said on video that he heard that the president was “upset” and that there had been a “heated argument or discussion about going to the Capitol.”

Since it's not a trial then it's perfectly legal. If rump doesn't want it out in the open he has a constitutional right to get a restraining order against it. She had a constitutional right to express it unless there is a court order saying she can't say it. Now under the Federal AG, in order to say anything, she must put her little hand on the bible and say the magic words. Then if what she says in incorrect then she can be held liable for it by the court. The Jan6 thing is just a rodeo. The real thing is under the AG.

It is an 'investigation' which has to adhere to evidentiary standards and protocols, or it is a partisan (which it is) fishing expedition.

No matter how you attempt to justify it, it is 'hearsay' evidence.
