While the people who prosecuted him are guilty, this despite needing to replace the prosecutor in order to get so much as a willingness to indict let alone getting a judge to allow a to proceed to a trail and not even coming close to a jury deciding they're guilty.

The only one who's flailing is the one making specific claims without any specific sources. I showed you the text in the constitution and the actual, HIGHLY SPECIFIC indictment. You showed me... well nothing. Just assertions and opinions, with a side of condescension. All fine by me.
