James Perp Walk

You take exception to the prosecution of James because she is supposedly Trump's "political enemy".
Are the President's "political enemies" above the law? Are they immune to prosecution?
No, for the umpteenth time they are not. You will not hear me say... EVER that someone who is convicted of a crime is innocent. I will however question guilt when the prosecution is only done after the original prosecutor was fired because he deemed the evidence insufficient.

But I do see you have no interest in testing your assumption of guilt. You rather play this intellectual dishonest game. This is fine. I am however not interested in playing games with people who have no interest in making them honest. Have a nice day.

And you don't think those were politically motivated? Obviously not, as you are favorably citing them
A JURY cited them favorably. That's how the law works.

As for them being politically motivated. Possibly maybe even likely in James' case. On the other hand I have no evidence that the cases themselves were brought because they would be fired if they wouldn't do it.

No, for the umpteenth time they are not.
If the President "political enemies" are not above the law, and are not immune to prosecution, why do you take exception to their indictment and prosecution? Why should the DoJ ignore the probable crimes committed by the President's "political enemies"?
Have a nice day.
Tuck that tail nice and tight as you run away, coward.

LOL The cases against Trump were "possibly" politically motivated? LOL, you're a hoot Forkup

I don't believe they are at all. If you get a Grand Jury to indict. A judge to ok a trial, and a jury to convict, in my book you are guilty. Doesn't matter who you are Republican or Democrat.

On the other hand it seems to me, that Trump is declared innocent by people who I assume include you. This despite being have found guilty.

So in my case it's a strawman. And is my assumption wrong in your case?

If not, my question is. Why do you believe Trump is above the law?
Found guilty in a Court where the underlying crime REQUIRED to generate the complaint was never specified. A first in American legal affairs.

In other words a corrupt prosecution led by a corrupt prosecutor and enabled by a corrupt judge.

A judge who's daughter benefitted financially from his decisions. Yet another corrupt point in a web of corruption.

We the people saw right through that steaming pile of shit and reelected Trump.

Remember what your hero Obama famously stated..."elections have consequences ".

Well, buckle up.

Nobody cares. You just can't help yourself exposing yourself
You and Glock, just don't know what a perp walk is, and can't help exposing yourselves.
Surprising, since perp walks are famous and been around since before you were born.

And a JURY convicted. In fact 3 separate did.

And all the rest is special pleading. Not just that, it pales in comparison to the president of the united states demanding prosecution or lose your job and then carrying out the threat.

Something you are perfectly ok with.

Oh, I'm sorry -- you tucked tail and ran from this, rather than defend your criticism.

He's not a moderate, just promoting liberalism because he has terminal TDS.
What is not moderate, about recognizing a perp walk vs some fat lady, getting into a limo? You claim to be conservative. You saw what glock posted. You have seen perp walks. Was that a perp walk to you, or a fat lady, getting into a limo?

Posted about this right before you. I was speaking of you in general. On this specific instance, we agree.

Yeah, amazing how kangaroo courts work. What you fail to understand is all of those "convictions" will be deleted on appeal because that happens at a level away from the corrupt NY Court system.

What you are basically saying is the Constitution of the US no longer matters, so long as you can get enough corrupt friends in to positions of power, you can violate the people's rights at will.

And you approve of it.

That's a perp walk? You really have low expectations for some miniscule vendication in your life view, don't you? I guess it gives you some reason to get out of bed and make your way to your computer.:itsok:

They exaggerate everything. Like when 10,000 people show up to a Trump rally and they claim it was 100,000.

The joke that is made that a D.A. cam indict a "Ham Sandwich". The trick is to convict the sandwich of the crime with the evidence at hand.
In this case, there's sufficient documentary evidence that James committed a crime of Fraud in the state of Virginia by claiming she is a resident of VA and would use the home as her primary resident when James' primary residence is on Livingston Street Brooklyn, NY and is Attorney General of New York State.
