I don't believe they are at all. If you get a Grand Jury to indict. A judge to ok a trial, and a jury to convict, in my book you are guilty. Doesn't matter who you are Republican or Democrat.

On the other hand it seems to me, that Trump is declared innocent by people who I assume include you. This despite being have found guilty.

So in my case it's a strawman. And is my assumption wrong in your case?

What issue do you detect? I think this prosecution was politically motivated. Mainly because Trump made it clear that he fired a federal prosecutor because that prosecutor thought the evidence was insufficient to warrant prosecution.

I am however willing to test my assumptions by letting the ENTIRE justice system decide.
So far no one is willing to test their own convictions in the same way. Two didn't reply and you gave a strawman.

A particularly weak strawman since you support a convicted felon and one for whom another jury decided he likely committed sexual assault.

The thing about totalitarians is they have a bad habit of finding what they are looking for. That's why we have a Fourth Amendment.

If Dear Leader decided to target you and ordered his flunkies to search your tax records, bank loans, college applications, etc., it is a sure bet they would find something they could turn the flimsiest of molehills into a mountain with.
