You wanted Biden to interfere with the DOJ and tell them to release the Epstein files. But Biden, like presidents since Nixon, kept a separation from DOJ, to the point you even complained when an ex-president talked with the Attorney General.

With that separation, there could be no Presidential "lawfare", as there could be no requests from Biden as to the Epstein files.

Two arguments, requiring diametrically opposite contacts between the white house and DOJ.

Next time figure out which foot to lead with, and stick to it.

Some channel on YT said Trump is immune from any prosecution by a SCOTUS ruling that said a prez can do anything. They said Trump cannot be charged with committing war crimes. But they said Epstein was not included.
