Look, a crime is a crime. To prosecute Trump and allow Biden off for the same thing can't be explained.

He also conflates topics and smashes everything together to confuse his low information voters. When Smith tries to pick apart his confusing mess of a statement, he leans back and goes "ho ho ho, look at you trying to parse what I said, that's so stupid".

Really, it was like shooting fish in a barrel! The Trump Cult Committee members knew full well that Trump was watching the proceedings. And, they tried unsuccessfully to make it look like that Jack was waging a personal vendetta against Trump. But, like the highly skilled prosecutor he is, he took them apart, quietly without grandstanding as the Cult members were doing.
It was painful to watch as Jordan and his cohorts got chopped up by Jack. Trump was most likely coloring his walls red with his big Mac and catsup bottle! Bigly!!!

You mean like trump had top secret documents in his home from the time he was president, and Biden had top secret documents in his home, his garage, and his car, dating back to when he was a senator?
you're right, totally different.
Biden had NO REASON for those documents to be in his possession.

It's not a deflection. Decisions to prosecute are made in the full context of the situation. Since Trump decided to commit numerous additional crimes while trying to hide his documents from the government, he was more likely to be prosecuted.
People who do the same thing should be treated the same. Biden and Trump didn't do the same thing.
If Trump had done what Biden did, by cooperating with the investigation and turning over all the documents when asked, he probably wouldn't have been prosecuted.
I am not the sole person you refuse to listen to. There was no need, not a tiny need, to prosecute Trump.
Yet the Government returned to Trump his documents they prosecuted, wait, tried to prosecute him for.
I for one ask for you to provide proof. Charges are simply charges. Smith dismissed his own case. This folly was enacted by Democrat Merrick Garland to try to put Trump into prison. Trump faced this from day one thanks to Obama directing that the intelligence agents charge that Trump was elected soley because Russia worked with Trump to elect President Trump, and that was a proven lie.

Consider what you would claim were Pam Bondi to get Biden indicted for keeping top secret documents in his garage, not for months, but for years.
