What law was not obeyed? The judge is the one out of his lane.I trusted him to obey the rule of law. I see now that trust was woefully misplaced.

Yes.
We offered to provide transportation.

Irrelevant to the point made.Nope! Even the admin ADMITS they sent him by mistake.
To facilitate Garcis's return to the US, as ordered."We offered to provide transportation."
For what?
This appears to be the case. The question is did Trump ask the ES President to return Garcia to the U.S.? And did the E.S. president say NO, to our President?
Nope! He did not! Nor did he directly ask him to return him....and nor did the ES president say NO, to that request from Trump.Irrelevant to the point made.

Fact remains:
Trump facilitated the return, as ordered.
That gangster will not return to the United States.Nope! He did not! Nor did he directly ask him to return him....and nor did the ES president say NO, to that request from Trump.
Where do you get that crap from?
Okee dokee....That gangster will not return to the United States.

You might do well to read the OP and the attached link.Nope! He did not! Nor did he directly ask him to return him....and nor did the ES president say NO, to that request from Trump.

Unfortunately, we are having to spend those millions cleaning up the mess that the Biden Administration created by throwing open the border and inviting people to illegally enter the country, without consequences, and with no exclusionary rule for the most violent gangs, nor the unvaccinated. Why are we paying millions a year to ElSalvador to hold these ElSalvadoran citizen deportees?
Now, that is a reasonable point, but when I explain the facts, the facts will be explained:Shouldn't ElSalvador just take them back because they illegally came to the US? They are their citizens?
As many years as we would have kept these criminals locked up ourselves, but it's cheaper for El Salvador to do it.How many years are we going to pay the millions a year to keep them there?
What is this all about? How does it work?
Do you think SCOTUS can tell another sovereign nation what they MUST do?I doubt he is innocent. However when the SCOTUS votes unanimously to return this dude, the president should pay attention. He needs them in his corner.
So the question is, why are conservatives praising and celebrating Bukele’s deprivation of basic human rights?Of course it’s tbe question. El Salvador is under no obligation to send one of its citizens to the US to satisfy our due process requirements. No matter what the US does or says to “facilitate” this man’s return (so we can check some boxes and send him back btw) El Salvador can say no and there’s no amount of whining you can do to change that.
Well, they CAN... compliance is another issue.Do you think SCOTUS can tell another sovereign nation what they MUST do?
Criminals are not put in prison in our country, without due process, a trial to defend oneself against the accusation....legal, illegal, documented, not documented, or an illegal alien from outer space.... We do not put people in prison, for any sentence and any length of time, without due process given to the person.Unfortunately, we are having to spend those millions cleaning up the mess that the Biden Administration created by throwing open the border and inviting people to illegally enter the country, without consequences, and with no exclusionary rule for the most violent gangs, nor the unvaccinated.
Now, that is a reasonable point, but when I explain the facts, the facts will be explained:
Based on how Bukele is dealing with gang bangers in his country, if we had sent "Chele" back to his homeland, he would have likely been arrested and and tossed in the slammer, without us paying them anything.
But he committed many crimes in the U.S., including hitting his wife with fists and objects, so why not pay El Salvador so we don't have to keep him in our own prisons, when his gang is notorious for operating inside of prisons?
It really isn't much - only about $20K per year per prisoner. Our prisons are much more expensive and much less safe.
As many years as we would have kept these criminals locked up ourselves, but it's cheaper for El Salvador to do it.
I don't understand your question??What reason could they possibly use? We're waiting for your answer.
Certainly not. However, lets face it. If Trump asked El Salvador, I believe they would comply. It would be a win/win for Trump.Do you think SCOTUS can tell another sovereign nation what they MUST do?
So the question is, why are conservatives praising and celebrating Bukele’s deprivation of basic human rights?

Because they will just send this dude out again after a hearing, and ICE will be vindicated.

This process is the fundamental reason, AMERICA is GREAT!
