Apply at any post office or federal courthouse or attorney's office and even some libraries. There are forms and people there that will assist.

Then there are literally tons of immigration lawyers advertising their services to assist people in immigration. Most paid by the government through grants and NGOs funded by our government.
They have these services in every large city in America. Even in my little town in the middle of nowhere. It takes me an hour to drive to a city of any size....but we have these services here...in town.

You cannot get a job without some sort of documentation and identification. So phoney documents indicate fraud and another crime....probably several.
