FOCUS ON YOU. Get a hobby, find something to distract yourself from the time wasting depression that is your phone. I'm sure you have several you could focus more on.

If it is depressing you that you get no notifications? Get rid of it. You don't need others to stroke you, either metaphorically, or literally.

You bring joy and entertainment to the forum here, and you have value here. If any of the women you are interested in don't see that, and don't respond to you? Fuck 'em.

I have never had a smart phone, nor do I text folks, nor have I ever really felt the need for that sort of activity.

Fill your time with more lofty pursuits, and, if and when, god willingly, the time is right, what you need will come to you.
