When Congress passes bills, those bills are handed over to bureaucrats who usually alter even the very intent of what was passed and as far as we know, there is no accountability on this. They don't answer to anyone. Our system is corrupt to the core and no one cares because a lot of people get filthy rich having this kind of system. Meanwhile, everyday Americans who fail or struggle or have "bad luck" end up sleeping in alleyways. No one in DC ever has to face such a possiblity

and the system just tells us (one way or another) to hate the homeless... (and/or other non-elite Americans). THEY are the problem (according to the system).. not the freaks working in gummit, stealing the taxpayers blind and making sure there is no accountability to detect such theft.
