It would have been less of a tragedy to kill everyone by blowing the place up.

It's the guns. Guns make it a tragedy. Without guns, it's just a tough break.

The reason why he used a gun was because guns are legal to own.
So he was concerned about the law?

Guns are just yucky.

Now if he had used an explosive then it would not have been near the tragedy.

But you're right about the legality. Bombs don't apply to stand your ground law. You can stand your ground with a gun all day long. Bombs sometimes blow up the ground. So there's nothing to stand on.

Your options now are ban:

1. Guns
2. Gays
3. Muslims
4. Gay bars

3 of the 4 are not PC to attack because not all of them lead to murder and are supported by the powers that be.

However, guns are OK to go after even though most of them don't lead to murder either but are not favored by the powers that be.

If he had used explosives, the focus would have been his lone wolf status.

The cops acted stupidly by shooting him before he could detonate his suicide vest.

Only if you could get criminals to obey the law and then you would never have this problem, right?

Oh, you can buy the materials to build a bomb legally but to build it is the illegal part...

:lmao:

Same reason all those thugs, mugs, gang members, and racists use guns to kill each others at an historic record-setting pace in Chicago - because guns are legal. None of THEIR guns are legally owned, mind you... :p
