My first impulse is to say this is going nowhere. Then again, trump talked The Following in to believing his plot to steal an election he lost was justified. He just pardoned the cop beating thugs who tried to facilitate the plot. Nobody on the Right seems to mind.

Now he has about 4 years to work on this.
