The little worm does nothing without a political calculus. He and the rest of the Republicans didn't have to do anything until Trump lost the election, the pandemic blossomed into an unstoppable beast, and most of America was ready to light a blowtorch under his ass.

She signed on to an Ohio rep's objection over voter suppression (long lines)...not fraud. She has stated repeatedly that she regrets doing it. All in all, a blip on the electoral certification radar. It never had any chance of overturning the election. Same with 2016.
