Even if evidence sufficient to prove "abject fraud and obtaining a coup" could be produced and Biden's and Harris's election be invalidated, Trump would not be "reinstated." The powers of the presidency would be assumed by the Speaker of the House. Whether and when a second election would be held is anybody's guess.

The evidence so far presented does not establish any such fraud, though. This is Powell's fantasy.

Now, does anyone know where the documents filed in the 61 court actions that Trump lost can be found? These documents would include the evidence that was presented to each court by trump' legal team, and the public should have access to them. Have they been scanned in somewhere on the internet?
