You were wrong. You politicized it. You denigrated it and every scientist and health expert who not only warned about it but preached preventative measures that could have spared those nasty lockdowns and economic carnage..if not for your utter selfishness and arrogance. You shouted people down. Shamed them. Dismissed them. Ignored them. As a result, millions of people around the world are dead, with millions more suffering permanent effects. Because..why?
WE were right about Trump and Biden. That's why the first guy is a
FORMER President (and soon to match his Cheeto dusted face with a nice orange jumpsuit.

) and the second guy is President.
The second guy might be old, feeble, and prone to gaffes (just like the first guy is), but he's a way better choice than the guy who doesn't give a shit..about anything but himself.
Deal with that sweetie...(if you actually are a her.

)
Being far left, progressive, liberal, I usually have to disagree with PoliticalChic, but not this time.
She is correct that Trump wanted to do the right things, and it was Fauci and Congress who screwed it all up.
Trump wanted a full quarantine, and was sued and stopped by the courts.
Trump wanted to allow herd immunity handle it quickly, and it would have been over in 2 months, with fewer than 60k deaths.
Fauci screwed it up by trying to wait for vaccines that turned out not to work.
When you "flatten the curve", you prevent herd immunity and maximize the death total.
And the mRNA vaccines are ridiculous.
They have no virus so nothing for the immune system to remember.
You can't use spike proteins, because that is what our own exosomes rely on
And it is obvious you are wrong.

That is silly because the US was one of the last to get infected by the covid epidemic, so Trump could not possibly have had any impact on the rest of the world.
And actually some of the countries that did best, were like Sweden, that never did a "lockdown" at all.
Sweden did what Trump was suggesting.
The US is 21st, with 3,097 deaths per million.
Sweden was 57th, with 1,892 deaths per million.
Sweden never closed schools, restaurants, etc.
