It just cost me $150 to fill my pickup

Get your lazy rear another job to pay for gas. There's lots of $15 per hour jobs out there you could do. And work your butt off for that.
You hate poor people

My brand new gas pickup gets 24 mpg. I put on about 2000 miles per year.

I laugh at $15 per hour is all. For that I wouldn't be working too hard

This nations economy can't handle a short close down. Sad.

Nope. I take the subway.

Maybe you should move to a city where you could benefit from Public transportation

I don't have to drive anywhere for at least 10 days. It's all good when you're retired. The rest have to stay in the Ill begotten God awful rat race.

When I think of all the days I worked and sacrificed....somehow the nation had figured out how to take our finest hours from us and we end up working our best years away. Makes zero sense.

I paid $1.68 in February 20 before the Chinese bio WMD attack hit the US.
Now it’s $4.09.

Let’s Go Brandon!

The lowest I saw around here before Covid was probably $2.25. I don't remember it being below $2.

I am retired as well. For most of my working career I really enjoyed what I did. I had more than one career, so I had some variation. I'd rather have gone to work than stayed home.
