The only reason the non-combatants are getting killed is because the poor excuse for humans Hamas refuses to let them leave combat areas when the IDF sends out warnings and when the IDF does show up, the garbage excuse for humans called HAMAS, has admittedly uses the populace as human shields.

There is no absolute right to "use of lethal force" or "resistance" in international law. The use of force in international law is governed by treaties, agreements, declarations, and custom. State and non-State actors are both protected by and obligated to abide by the principles governing armed conflict. These include: distinction, necessity, and proportionality.
In order to understand what rights are held by Arabs as part of their desire for self-determination, we would have to dive into numerous legal subjects, especially territorial integrity, occupation, and sovereignty.
