If you have a high enough tax bracket then when you hit the magic number, there's no moving beyond that and no growth.

The employer's obligation under obamacare applies for businesses that have 50 more employees. What about the guy with 55 employees? He'll let six go. What's more, he won't hire that 50th employee. He won't be able to grow into hiring 60, 70 or 200 more employees because he will be taxed so much that there's no growth funds available.

So a poor person gets $3,000 back, and the rich person saves a half million.
