It probably costs me less than $500 a year for all of this (paid for by me) which is MUCH cheaper than any insurance I'd have to pay for

The point is THIS: when I go to the clinic I note a large number of vehicles outside with CONSERVATIVE BUMPER STICKERS!;

"make America GREAT! Kill a liberal"
"Obama is HITLER"
and other witty free speechisms like that

then
when I walk inside to the waiting room
I see BIG FAT conservatives who REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN HEALTH

They MOCK healthy eating and then devour 3 more cheeseburgers!

they RIDICULE people for jogging then gain another 20 lbs to put even more strain on their hearts and lungs and knees

They DEFEND TOBACCO and then smoke until their lungs are black and they just can't get rid of "that cough"


their irresponsible and slovely lifestyle leads to;

EXTEME OBESITY, HEART PROBLEMS, LEG and KNEE PROBLEMS, BACK PROBLEMS, STOMACH PROBLEMS

so they head off to the doctors or the clinic WEEK after WEEK
demanding pills and quick cures from surgery but NEVER EVER willing to diet or exercise! (being irresponsible)

There are several ways for a country to reduce its debt load.

1. Negotiate a lower interest rate from its creditors. We are already at zero interest rates. Not only can they go higher, they will. So option 1 is out. Our debt load will increase when interest rates begin to rise. And the fact our debt is now being financed with short term bonds means that when interest rates go up, we are going to be in serious trouble.

2. External devaluation. Print money to devalue the currency. This kills foreign creditors and punishes domestic savers. We see this already occurring. A race to the bottom with global currencies. This hurts EVERY class. Low, middle, and high. Inflation is a hidden tax.

3. Internal devaluation. Raise taxes, freeze wages. This is where the "tax the rich" crowd comes in. Except our debt is far too large for just the rich to pay it. Expect hidden fees to increase.

4. Growth. More growth means more tax revenues. Obama gets a big fat F- on this method. Our growth has been declining steadily.
