This is a joke, right?Putting hot potatoes on the pipes in the coldest areas can help them stay warm in a pinch.
No. It works good. The moist hot potato transfers heat to the pipe very effectively. You can mold the potatoes to the shape of the pipe for maximum surface contact and wrap a towel around them. Replace the potatoes as they get cold. This is a joke, right?
Nope, your choice. You could have moved to Hainan in China. It'd probably be warm there. This is devil weather designed for the unholy. 85000 homeless in this 3rd world shytehole. Save some of us!

Sorry, but right now the current combination of my VPN and Google's safety measures, doesn't allow me to watch youtube videos directly from this forum (looks like google's managers and algorithms decided that they have to protect their community from people like me). Post youtube links as links, if you don't mind. No, I guess not.

I disagree. I live in a four seasons area and I love them all. Skiing in the winter, travel in the spring and fall. Lakes and boating in the summer. LOL, but the bourbon is good too.I hate winter. Always have, always will.
I have no answers for it ... aside from bourbon.
That's what right.I don't know how.
