So why do "thousands" of Palestinian children need heart surgery?

I know the man who started this wonderful endeavor (who Unfortunately has since died), and Jews throughout the world contribute millions of dollars to save the lives of poor children of all religions - although the majority are Muslims from Arab countries. Our synagogue has an annual drive to help fund this.

(Somehow, I don’t see Arabs funding a major undertaking to save the lives of thousands of Jewish children.j
