Iraq - in you are referring to the 1998 bombing, that was after Saddam threw out the inspectors. If you are referring to Obama, that was the mess that Bush left him.
Somalia- Mess that Bush-41 left Clinton.
Afghanistan and Sudan - You mean, we went after Al Qaeda. Republicans talked about "wagging the dog", until 9/11 happened.
