in order to be a state, it has to have defined borders, israel has not defined it's borders
If it has no borders it can't very well be settling anything, then can it? If it's not a State then it's just a bunch of Jewish people living in places. No international law against that.
Problem solved.
You still havn't figured out what the settlements are?
You still haven't told me what territory is outside Israel's sovereignty and therefore isn't allowed to have Jews living in it.
And what laws you are using to back up your claim.
The Israeli position is that she has legal and effective control over Area C and therefore is breaking no laws in Area C. Which is the only place she is building in.
It's a solid legal position.
So, it took you ten pages of circular nonsense, instead of coming right out and claiming that there are no Jewish settlers. Yawn.
Who me? I posed a very simple question. It is you who have refused to answer it, creating the endless circles. Its called "getting the run around".
A Jewish person lives in Toronto. Settler or not settler? A Jewish person lives in Tel Aviv. Settler or not settler? An Arab lives in Haifa. Settler or not settler? A Jewish person lives in Gush Etzion. Settler or not settler? A Jewish person lives in the Old City of Jerusalem. Settler or not settler? A Jewish person lives in Gush Katif. Settler or not settler? An Arab lives in Nablus. Settler or not settler?
Point to me the law which says that Jewish people can't live in Area C. And if you are going to quote me Article 49(6) you must tell me:
1. Exactly which territory is occupied and who is the sovereign of that territory.
2. Why a treaty to which the Parties agreed should be ignored, a thing unheard of in IL.
