It’s called force doctrine. He has the “right” to be there since no one else is going to force him out.

If you don’t like it, then force the Jews out. Simple as that.

As the occupying power of Gaza and the Palestinian Territories more broadly, Israel has an obligation and duty under international law to protect the civilians under its occupation NOT starve children to death in order to steal more Arab land.
