No. I'm saying that if the Palestinians addressed the Jewish concerns and promoted a place where two peoples could live in safety and peace -- then there would be no need for a military guarantee for that safety. The military is a safeguard. There is no safeguard between the US and Canada because there is no need for one. The Palestinians need to ensure the Jewish people have no need for a military safeguard.
