I might not wear short shorts like I did when I was 20, but all covered.....no way

I have long loose dresses for summer and around the house, cotton and silks.

Arms are not fully covered.

As for hair, neck and face, not a chance unless just washed my hair and have a turban towel to damp dry it for a short time.
